He married twice. He married Sarah MIDDLETON in Charles Co, MD, 1737.⁽⁸²⁴⁾ Sarah was born 1711. Sarah was the daughter of Thomas MIDDLETON and Penelope HATTON. Sarah died before 1767 in MD. He married Mary PARKS * in GA, after 1767.⁽⁸²⁵⁾ Mary was born in VA CA 1747. Mary was the daughter of Benjamin PARKS?* and wof B PARKS*. Mary died after 17 AUG 1807 in Clarke Co, GA, at approximately 60 years of age.

Holland MIDDLETON* and Sarah MIDDLETON had the following children:

663 v. Zacharius MIDDLETON was born 5 MAR 1774. Zacharius died 28 SEP 1849 in Panola, Rankin Co, MS, at 75 years of age. He married Mary LIVINGSTON before 1799.

664 vi. John MIDDLETON was born in GA 18 DEC 1779.⁽⁸²⁶⁾ John died 10 FEB 1854 in Choctaw Co, MS, at 74 years of age. He married Sarah CHILDRESS in Morgan Co, GA, 31 JUL 1809.⁽⁸²⁷⁾

667 x. Benjamin MIDDLETON was born 30 MAR 1792.⁽⁸²⁸⁾ Benjamin died 13 MAY 1878 in Oktibbeha Co, MS, at 86 years of age. His body was interred in Webster Co, MS, Clarkson Cemetery. He married Mary SATTERWHITE in Clark Co, GA, 13 MAR 1816.
